Book Sales
Sales of high quality books are held twice a year at the Newburgh Free Library. Our book sales are sponsored by the Friends of the Newburgh Free Library and proceeds are used to purchase materials and support library programs.
JUNE BOOK SALE
Held on the second Sunday in June, the main book sale offers great books at great prices. Featured are bestsellers, other hardcover and paperback books, children’s books and specialty books. Tote bags can also be purchased. Admission is free.
A preview sale held the night before gives you first picks on the best books. Admission is $10 which gives you a year’s membership to the Friends. Light refreshments are served.
FALL BOOK SALE
The Fall Book Sale offers best-sellers, coffee table books, art books and other books that are perfect for gift giving. Admission is free.
